That's all true but don't you understand how bad dihydrogen monoxide is? Do you have any idea how many people die from too much or too little of it and how much it destroys... over time it even destroys rocks!

Technically, there is no one accepted scientific nomenclature for water. Even the name of Hydrogen oxide has been used within the scientific community, and oxidane has been suggested. So far now, technically, we're all right.
