01/23/2014	0730	National Weather Service issued Wind advisory remains in effect from 2100 Hrs this evening to 2100 Hrs PST Friday  winds southeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 mph in the valleys  and 20 t0 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph in the mountains No rain is expected during the rest of the month. http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/lox/   Colby Fire CA-ANF-231. 1952 Acres, 98% contained. This will be the last report unless conditions change
