[californiadisasters] Wildfire - Tehama County - LNU - Campbell Incident

Management of this fire has been transferred from Tehama-Glenn Unit CAL FIRE (TGU) to the Lassen National Forest (LNU) once it was determined to be on the forest and not on SRA (State Responsibility Area) as opposed to FRA (Federal Responsibility Area).
