AT 537 PM PDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HYATT LAKE... OR 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ASHLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. HAIL UP TO ONE-HALF INCH IN DIAMETER AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM... ALONG WITH FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. AREAS AFFECTED BY THIS STORM INCLUDE GREEN SPRING...MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON AND EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN KLAMATH COUNTIES. THE STORM IS ALSO EXPECTED TO AFFECT HIGHWAY SIXTY SIX.
