URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE  National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA  1026 AM PDT Tue Aug 20 2019    CAZ039-052-210400-  /O.CON.KLOX.WI.Y.0061.190821T0100Z-190821T1000Z/  Santa Barbara County South Coast-Santa Barbara County Mountains-  Including the cities of Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carpinteria,  San Marcos Pass, San Rafael Wilderness Area,  and Dick Smith Wilderness Area  1026 AM PDT Tue Aug 20 2019    ...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 3 AM  PDT WEDNESDAY...    * WINDS...Gusty northwest to north winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts    between 35 and 45 mph between Gaviota and Refugio and adjacent    foothills will develop late this afternoon or early evening.    Winds will continue through the overnight hours but weaken    some after midnight.    * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially    for high profile vehicles. This includes Highways 101 and 154    as well as Gaviota Pass and San Marcos Pass.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty  cross winds.
