This fresh on the heels of some Summer rains across NorCal the other day that had nothing to do with the monsoon or a dying Pacific hurricane but rather a storm front out of the Gulf of Alaska more typical of Winter or early Spring all the while there are widespread ongoing flooding concerns on many northern and central California rivers along with an excessive heat advisory for the Low Desert of SoCal through the weekend, an impending Car-Mageddon in LA and the State of Cali just passed a budget on time for the first time since the Late Miocene Era. Next up: bloody waters filled with frogs, locust and rodent plagues and deadly ball lightning attacks.
