Daytime minimum relative  humidity values will be very low along with extremely poor  overnight recoveries Wednesday night. These will lead to  critical fire weather conditions for the northern Coastal Range  and foothills, the Sacramento Valley, portions of the northern  San Joaquin Valley, and the Northern Sierra Nevada and foothills below  7000 feet. Urgent - Fire Weather Message  National Weather Service Eureka CA  1000 PM PDT Mon Oct 21 2019    ...LOCALLY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED ACROSS  MENDOCINO...NORTHERN LAKE...AND SOUTHERN TRINITY COUNTIES  WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY DUE TO GUSTY WINDS AND VERY LOW HUMIDITY...    .Gusty offshore winds, very low humidity and dry vegetation will  likely combine to generate locally critical fire weather  conditions across portions of Mendocino, northern Lake, and  southern Trinity counties Wednesday and Thursday. The most likely  areas to observe critical conditions are across higher elevations  where winds will be strongest, particularly late Wednesday  through early Thursday. Winds are expected to increase early  Wednesday through Wednesday evening, peak overnight Wednesday and  Thursday morning, and weaken gradually through the day Thursday.
