There is still some uncertainty in the strength of the winds, but peak gusts between 40 and 60 mph is the most likely outcome. Minimum humidities will likely lower well below 10 percent, with maximum temperatures between 87 and 97. A decision on whether or not to convert this watch into a Red Flag Warning will be made either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning.
