URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE  National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA  515 PM PDT Thu Oct 10 2019    ...RED FLAG WARNING WITH DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS OVER  MOST OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES THROUGH LATE FRIDAY  AFTERNOON DUE TO MODERATE TO STRONG SANTA ANA WINDS AND VERY LOW  HUMIDITY...    .A moderate to strong Santa Ana wind event will continue to bring  dangerous fire weather conditions to most of Los Angeles and  Ventura Counties through late Friday afternoon. Wind gusts between  45 and 55 mph are expected across coastal and valley areas, with  gusts between 55 and 75 mph in the foothills and mountains.  Widespread single digit humidities are expected through Friday,  with very poor or no humidity recoveries tonight in wind prone  areas. With dry fuel conditions established, very critical fire  weather conditions are expected with the potential for very rapid  fire spread, long range spotting, and extreme fire behavior with  any new fire ignitions. There is a chance that this Red Flag  Warning will need to be extended into Saturday, especially for the  mountains. Very poor overnight    recovery, with some areas remaining in single digits.    * Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, conditions will be    favorable for very rapid fire spread, long range spotting, and    extreme fire behavior which would threaten life and property.
