URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE  National Weather Service San Diego CA  142 PM PDT Tue Oct 8 2019    CAZ250-258-090500-  /O.UPG.KSGX.FW.A.0001.191010T1000Z-191012T0300Z/  /O.NEW.KSGX.FW.W.0001.191010T1900Z-191012T0100Z/  San Diego County Inland Valleys-San Diego County Mountains-  Including The Palomar And Descanso Ranger Districts of the  Cleveland National Forest-  142 PM PDT Tue Oct 8 2019    ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON THURSDAY TO 6 PM PDT  FRIDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...    The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Red Flag  Warning...which is in effect from noon Thursday to 6 PM PDT  Friday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.    * Wind...East to northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph.    Isolated gusts to 60 mph, along and near the coastal mountain    slopes.    * Humidity...Lowest daytime of 5 to 10 percent Thursday and 5    percent Friday, with poor overnight recovery.    * Timing...Winds will develop Thursday afternoon and continue    through Friday afternoon, with strongest winds Thursday night    into Friday morning.    * Impacts...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.    Outdoor burning is not recommended.    * Outlook...Very low humidity will continue into Saturday, but    with with weaker and less widespread winds with gusts mostly 25    mph or less near the coastal slopes of the mountains on Saturday    morning.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions  are either occurring now....or will shortly.
